Women’s Workshop
Evia Greece

Precisely during a draining, painful and cruel time of war, we have organized to bring out again the workshop we love so much and feel connected to. We will go out together, as a group of women, on a journey of deep practice, rest and nourishment for body and soul. A week that will embrace, strengthen and empower us, a source of light after a dark period. The workshop will strengthen in us the strength to move forward and to support our families and our surroundings.
All you need to do is register, buy a flight ticket and let go. We will organize everything for you.
Each day we will practice women’s yoga – we will work with our feminine body and do good for ourselves. Each day we will use writing as a way to meet our inner world and the joy of creation within us.
Chef Avital Sabag will cook for us fresh, healthy, delicious and comforting food and will enrich us with her knowledge of nutrition.
To rest, to practice women’s yoga, to write and to eat well – what could be more right in such a time? Join us for the workshop – a vacation in women’s company with meaningful content. No experience in yoga or writing is needed. The workshop is multi-age and creates an exceptional feminine and human experience.
Who is the workshop for:
• The workshop is suitable for women aged 30 and above, with or without experience in yoga or writing.
• For women who want to release the residues of this difficult period and take a break
• For women looking for a workshop and a vacation with content and meaning.
• For women who want to understand the changing female body and learn through women’s yoga practice.
• For women who wish to nourish their bodies with healthy and fresh food and learn how to care for themselves through nutrition.
• For women interested in writing, expressing what is on their heart, and learning different writing techniques.
• For women who want to step away a little from a painful Israel and spend time in the company of quality women.
• For self-employed women, a professional workshop invoice will be issued
About the Workshop
During an ongoing time of war, with so much pain and uncertainty, we invite you to an intimate women’s retreat – a space of softness, listening and gathering inward. Together we will leave the borders of Israel for a place where quiet and nature are present, in a historic 18th century villa, “Villa Abrahoff,” where we will stay in complete privacy within a small village in nature, with acres of gardens, a swimming pool, magical corners and the sea a seven-minute drive away. The practice will take place in the renovated historic barn. Each day at noon there will be an option to go to the sea.
This is an invitation to pause and remember yourself. All you need to do is register, buy a flight ticket and let go. We will organize everything for you.
The yoga practice with Mira will give you simple and accessible tools to improve your quality of life, to cope with the challenges of daily life in Israel and to strengthen our core as women. The writing with Sagit will offer you creative and simple tools for release, personal expression and joy. It will connect you to the creative parts within you and allow you to experience yourself with connection and clarity. Avital will cook for us healthy and delicious delicacies, and our production will take care of everything for you – finally you will not need to plan, think, or take responsibility for anyone else.
What the workshop price includes:
– Transportation to the villa from the airport or from another location in Athens with a production team that will be waiting for you.
– Six days (5 nights) in a historic villa in a small village on the island of Evia, with acres of gardens and nature that we have rented entirely for our private use.
– Women’s yoga practice – twice a day we will practice and learn to listen to our body and care for ourselves.
– Writing workshops – twice a day we will sit and write as a space for personal expression and inner reflection.
– Meals throughout the stay – 3 meals a day with chef Avital Sabag – we will eat healthy and high-quality food.
– A vegetarian meal at a restaurant to close the retreat.
– A daily option to go to the sea at noon for those interested (there is a fish restaurant nearby); taxi cost is shared between participants.
– A thoughtful, professional production with an open heart that will lead the hosting and the workshop, take care of everything and accompany you.
– The price does not include flights and taxis to the sea. Beyond that, everything is included.
Early bird price until May 15.
A professional invoice for the workshop can be issued if needed.
Once you join us, the worries will stay behind. We will take care of every small detail – from the hosting, through the practices, to the time together and the transportation. You only need to arrive, take a deep breath, and surrender to the experience. We would love for you to join us.

Recommended airline is El Al. On Friday, July 3 there is a morning flight, and return on July 8 on an evening flight after 20:00. You can travel with a trolley or a suitcase if needed.
Do not book a flight without receiving email confirmation that a place is reserved for you and a room is held. There are several flights from different airlines that can fit the workshop arrival – consult with us if needed, but responsibility for delays or changes that do not match the transfer times is on the participant. (There is an option to take a taxi to the villa for 180 euros each way.)
The transfer to the workshop will depart on July 3 at around 11:00 from the airport (according to the El Al flight landing around 7:00 in the morning). It is recommended to stay in a hotel in the city center at Syntagma Square; the transfer will wait at a meeting point in Syntagma Square for pickup before and after the workshop for those who wish to stay in Athens.
You can also check charter flights or cheaper flights and arrive for the transfer at the planned time, or speak with the production and we will think together about separate arrival for those on different flights.
The transfer back will leave for the airport on July 8 at 17:00 and will continue to a stop in central Athens, for those staying an additional night or wishing to spend time in Athens after the evening flight. The El Al flight departs at 21:50. There is also an option to stay in Athens and take flights the next day.
For participants arriving from abroad or living abroad, we will hold a personal call and coordinate the meeting point with the transfer.

The estate of the Abroff family was built in 1833 next to a small village from the days when the island was liberated from the Ottoman occupation. Today the estate is managed by the descendants of the Aberoff family and has preserved its original character, it includes two historic houses from 1935 that have been fully renovated, charming gardens all around that expand and are surrounded by terraces and offer hidden places where you can enjoy peaceful moments of silence and privacy, a beautiful yoga hall that was in the old days the barn of the estate , a welcoming swimming pool and a charming stream a few minutes’ walk inside the family area.
We will enjoyed the estate together for a few days as if it were our own home in complete privacy.
